AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced asset management leaders to transform strategies into delivery for major UK transportation clients. You will shape governance, assurance and lifecycle management and guide operational teams through complex transformation programmes.

You will work across assets, engage executive leaders and build lasting client relationships while mentoring teams and contributing to growth initiatives. A hybrid working culture is offered.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience within an asset-intensive organisation.
• Practical experience implementing asset management systems and governance.
• Background in operational improvement or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience engaging executive leaders, operational teams, suppliers and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead asset management transformation and improvement programmes.
• Advise on asset operations, maintenance and lifecycle planning.
• Develop asset management frameworks, governance and assurance arrangements.
• Improve maintenance planning, performance management and decision-making processes.
• Support operational readiness, asset stewardship and organisational capability development.
• Provide strategic advice to asset owners, operators and maintainers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and build strong client relationships.
• Support business development, work winning and strategic client growth.
• Mentor and develop colleagues across the asset management practice.
