Job summary

The University of Law is looking for an Assessment Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis (35 hours per week) with a hybrid working approach across UK campuses. You will guide students through assessments, coordinate exams and resolve queries, helping deliver a smooth academic journey.

You'll collaborate with staff and faculty, manage timelines and records, and contribute to a linked partnership with LCCA to ensure quality assessment processes and student success across the

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise multiple demands
• Experience in guiding students and staff through processes

Responsibilities

• Use problem-solving, planning, and organisation to improve Assessments Office processes
• Plan and organise workload across the academic year to meet deadlines
• Project manage enrolment on assessments, mitigations, marking, moderation, external examiners, boards, progression and award processes
• Maintain the student records system with accurate assessment information
