Qualifications

• Experience in managing and implementing complex administrative processes in a busy organisation.
• Clear one-on-one guidance to students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through assessment journeys from setup to final results.
• Engage with students daily in person, by phone and by email.
• Collaborate with staff, faculty and external partners to ensure smooth assessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely assessment information in the student records system.
