Job summary

Rocava Consulting are seeking an experienced ASB Officer to join our Kent-based team on a hybrid working pattern (Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:30). You will handle housing/ASB management issues, advocate for residents, and liaise with internal departments to resolve enquiries, with a daily rate of £215 via umbrella.

You will investigate incidents from low to high level ASB, build strong partner relationships, support the Housing Manager and Community Safety initiatives, and ensure high-quality case work

Qualifications

• Experience as an ASB Officer or equivalent in housing settings.
• Understanding of housing legal work and landlord ASB powers.
• Ability to liaise with internal departments to resolve housing enquiries.
• Proven track record of advocating for residents and customers.
• Strong investigative skills across low to high level ASB cases.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for customers on housing/ASB issues and liaise with relevant departments to resolve enquiries.
• Pro-actively investigate and resolve ASB cases across a range of severities.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external partners to tackle ASB.
• Support the Community Safety Manager and Head of Resident Services in delivering ASB communications.
• Lead on investigations and support Housing Manager to provide excellent customer service to complainants.
• Ensure case work is of high quality and residents feel supported.
