Qualifications

• Good knowledge with either Revit or AutoCAD.
• Technical detailing knowledge.
• Full UK driving license.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• Within a commutable distance of Warrington.
• Commercial projects experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Work across all RIBA stages and produce construction information with technical details, specifications and schedules.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Compile and produce detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate to prepare technical drawings and specification packages.
• Submit detailed planning and building regulations applications.
• Attend site visits to carry out site surveys and address technical queries.
