Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Leeds seeks an Associate Director/ Architect to lead technical delivery on education projects, guiding teams through RIBA Stages 4 & 5. You will manage design-to-construction and engage clients and consultants to ensure buildable, compliant solutions.

You'll mentor junior staff, strengthen client relationships, and help grow the Leeds studio within a top AJ100 practice and education portfolio. Hybrid/flexible working available in the UK.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect or CIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience delivering UK Education projects, incl. Stages 4 & 5.
• Excellent technical knowledge and construction-stage delivery.
• Experience using Revit and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of education projects through RIBA Stages 4 & 5.
• Manage projects from detailed design through construction and handover.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
• Mentor junior Architects and Technologists whilst supporting the Leeds studio.
