Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, Nottingham, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our established team. You will produce high-quality architectural drawings and construction information using Revit, coordinating with colleagues and clients across a varied portfolio.

The role offers hybrid working, opportunities to own elements of projects, and a clear path for technical progression within a respected consultancy.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Strong Revit skills required with daily use.
• Experience in an architectural practice or multi-disciplinary consultancy.
• Experience across multiple sectors (commercial, residential, education) is preferred.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, details and construction packages using Revit.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, tender packages and construction information.
• Assist with planning applications and Building Regulations submissions.
• Coordinate design information with internal teams and external consultants.
• Liaise with clients, statutory authorities and project stakeholders.
• Undertake measured surveys, site inspections and client visits.
• Attend design team meetings and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support delivery of projects to agreed programmes and budgets.
