Placements24 in London is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Customer Success Representative to join the team in East London. The role offers hybrid in-office and remote work, comprehensive training, and mentorship from experienced Customer Success Managers to learn client relations and support.

You will onboard new clients, respond to inquiries, educate on product features, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup and training.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support.
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential issues.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices.
• Help resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Gather client feedback and relay it to the product and sales teams.
• Contribute to developing client success resources and documentation.
• Learn and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Collaborate with colleagues both remotely and in the office.
