Job summary

Attivo is seeking an Application Analyst to support and improve internal business systems. You will act as a focal point for application queries, ensuring efficient incident handling and service requests while maintaining data integrity across the application landscape.

Based in Cheltenham with hybrid working, you’ll collaborate with the Applications Support team to monitor integrations, assist in testing and releases, and help improve end-user experience through clear guidance and documentation.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support ensuring incidents and requests are resolved within SLAs.
• Monitor integrations with external providers and support onboarding/valuation processes.
• Maintain system administration activities including user access and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Applications team on testing, configurations, releases and improvements.
• Build relationships with users and stakeholders to improve adoption and experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and processes.
