Job summary

ElectraLink Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-facing Technical/Support Analyst to join the Consumption Data products team.

You will provide first line support for a cloud-based platform, reviewing Swagger docs, tracking API issues, and liaising with internal and external partners to resolve customer requests. Working closely with Product Managers and the data team, you will triage incidents, communicate clearly, and help improve service reliability while building strong

Qualifications

• You will need strong technical experience in service/product operations within the energy sector.
• Experience as a Technical or Support Analyst within an Agile software development framework.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
• Good understanding of API technologies, RESTful architecture, and web services.

• Manage service requests and incidents raised by consumption data users – 75%.
