Job summary

Tripadvisor is seeking an AI Quality Assurance Program Manager I to lead QA for AI systems across travel experiences. You will define QA strategy, establish benchmarks, and drive cross-functional improvements with Data Science, AI Engineering, Product, and CX.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical programs in QA or AI/ML reliability.
• Strong ability to analyze AI logs, metrics, and dashboards.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, AI Eng, Product and CX.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI quality strategy across human and AI agents.
• Design evaluation benchmarks, HITL workflows, and testing protocols.
• Audit AI outputs for accuracy, safety, tone, and hallucination risk.
• Translate QA findings into actionable management and roadmap insights.
• Collaborate with AI engineering, data science, product, and support teams.
• Track release momentum and manage QA regression testing schedules.
