Tripadvisor is hiring an AI & Business Intelligence Program Manager in London. This hybrid role drives data strategy and AI initiatives across Travel Experiences, translating models and traveler insights into operational strategy.

You will lead cross-functional, executive-facing updates and roadmaps with Data Eng, AI/ML, Product, and CX teams, ensuring momentum and measurable BI outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of program management experience leading technical AI, business intelligence, or data strategy initiatives.
• Strong command of BI frameworks and visualization tools (Looker/Tableau) and AI/ML lifecycles.
• Cross-functional leadership across data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Executive communication to translate complex data into updates for leaders.
• Domain empathy for online travel and marketplace dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive Executive & Business Updates: establish reporting cadences for leadership and translate AI model performance and BI metrics into executive-ready updates.
• Orchestrate AI & BI Roadmaps: direct cross-functional programs across Data Eng, AI/ML, Product, Traveler CX.
• Deliver Operational Momentum: maintain project management rigor across data pipelines, predictive features, and AI systems.
• Translate Data into Strategy: partner with CX and Product to convert traveler data into actionable changes.
• Unblock Technical & Organizational Friction: identify bottlenecks and deliver resolution paths before schedules slip.
