Job summary

Ageas UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a Permanent or 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis to deliver end-to-end recruitment services across all departments. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supports SLAs with a customer-focused approach.

The position is Hybrid and based at Eastleigh, Bournemouth or Gloucester; travel to other offices monthly and once-weekly office attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment from brief to onboarding.
• Strong social media and recruitment marketing skills.
• Experience with AI in recruitment processes.
• Managing 20+ specialist hires concurrently.
• Experience with Phenom and Cornerstone ATS.
• Updating Career Site pages using Design Studio and Adobe Waterfront.
• Continuous improvement of the candidate journey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for new positions.
• Source candidates from open market using LinkedIn and social media.
• Support line managers from briefing through to offer.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Record recruitment activity via ATS/CRM (Phenom & Cornerstone).
• Update Careers Site using Design Studio and Adobe Waterfront.
