Job summary

Clarion Housing Group seeks a Senior AI Architect to shape responsible AI adoption across the Modern Workplace. You will work with Digital Governance to implement governance, licensing, and security controls, ensuring AI is secure-by-design and well-engineered within the Microsoft 365 estate.

You will lead AI engineering efforts, promote Copilot Studio use, and balance innovation with risk management while collaborating with Legal, Risk, and Data Protection teams.

Qualifications

• Recognised Microsoft AI certifications or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Experience implementing AI governance, data protection and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Implement standards, controls and assurance for AI delivery across data readiness and security.
• Prioritise AI demand toward high-value opportunities like Copilot adoption.
• Lead and grow AI engineering capability within Modern Workplace team; collaborate with stakeholders.
