Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking to shape the future of AI with a fixed-term role through June 2027. You will implement governance standards, controls and assurance across data readiness, identity, security and licensing to support responsible AI delivery.

You will mentor AI engineers, partner with Digital Governance and collaborate with Risk, Legal and Data Protection to balance innovation with control across a single Microsoft 365 estate. Hybrid working offered across England.

Qualifications

• Recognised Microsoft AI certifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade AI and Copilot solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Purview and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Implement standards, controls and assurance for AI delivery.
• Prioritise AI demand toward high-value opportunities and Copilot adoption.
• Mentor and grow AI engineering capability within the Modern Workplace team.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Data Protection and Information Security to govern AI adoption.
