Job summary

Clarion is seeking a leader to drive AI governance and safe, scalable AI adoption across the Modern Workplace team. You will integrate governance, controls and assurance with enterprise architecture while guiding Copilot adoption and AI use cases.

You will mentor AI engineers, balance innovation with control, and partner with Digital Governance, Legal, Risk and Data Protection to deliver secure AI solutions. Hybrid working across England is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI governance.
• Knowledge of data protection and information security in AI projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Purview and Entra ID.
• Ability to operationalise AI governance and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI governance initiatives across data, identity, security and compliance.
• Mentor and grow AI engineering capability within Modern Workplace.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Data Protection and Information Security teams.
