Qualifications

• Leadership of frontline staff in social work/adoption services.
• Understanding of adoption practice and regulations.
• Driving licence is required.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, lead and manage Adoption Social Workers and Support Workers to ensure effective delivery of adoption services to children and adoptive parents.
• Provide agency advice to the adoption panel and to the Agency Decision Maker (ADM) in adoption plans.
• Support planning for organizational changes and partner programmes affecting the role.
