The role blends finance administration with procurement duties, paying £30,000 to £36,000 annually, and involves invoices, payments, PO processing and KPI reporting.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role.
• Some understanding of purchasing or procurement processes.
• Good numerical and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communication with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and match to purchase orders.
• Raise and process purchase orders; maintain records.
• Respond to supplier queries and build relations.
• Prepare supplier payments and oversee accurate payments.
• Produce KPI reports and refine purchasing workflows.
