Job summary

Howden, a global insurance group, seeks an Account Manager - Partnerships & Client Relationships to support our Student Group Contents Insurance portfolio through education and student accommodation partnerships. Based in Cheltenham, you’ll build trusted relationships with partner organisations and manage expectations to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll renew existing accounts, coordinate with internal teams and our service provider, and attend partner meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client services or partnerships.
• Education sector experience advantageous but not essential.
• Insurance experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and renewing an existing portfolio of partner accounts.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers across partner organisations.
• Working collaboratively with our service provider to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Managing your own diary, arranging meetings and maintaining regular partner contact.
• Supporting and attending partner meetings, events and conferences.
• Travelling to partner sites and promotional events as required, with September being a particularly busy period.
• Contributing towards team targets and partnership growth.
