Job summary

Become Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an Account Executive to join the growing team in a hybrid role. You will keep customer orders moving from brief through to delivery, entering and checking information in internal systems, tracking progress, and ensuring a great customer experience.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and liaise with Operations & Production, coordinating orders, updating systems, and keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency/customer service environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating orders and using internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order flow from brief to delivery.
• Enter and verify order data in internal systems.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.
