Job summary

VIQU Limited is seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer / Systems Administrator on a 6‑month contract with hybrid working pattern (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will support a busy 3rd line infrastructure team, balancing BAU with ongoing projects, including IAM, server migrations, and end‑user computing.

The role emphasizes broad involvement across security, CRM, and enterprise platforms, with a focus on delivering technical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on 3rd Line Infrastructure Support experience.
• Strong Windows Server administration experience and Hyper-V knowledge.
• Experience with VMware environments and network tech (Fortinet/Cisco Meraki).
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune and Okta environments.
• Experience in EUC and ITIL-based support environments.
• Experience MSPs or contract-based infrastructure delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd Line infrastructure and technical support across the business.
• Support ongoing infrastructure and migration projects.
• Assist IAM activities and access management.
• Support server and platform migrations, including on‑premise file servers.
• Maintain and support Windows Server environments.
• Provide support for networking hardware and cloud apps (MS 365, Intune, Okta).
• Collaborate with internal teams and work within an ITIL framework.
