Job summary

VIQU Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer for a 6-month Outside IR35 contract in Newcastle upon Tyne. Hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days onsite weekly.

You will support Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Intune/SCCM, AD and M365 while providing 3rd line IT support across BAU operations and migration projects. The ideal candidate has strong 3rd line experience with Windows Server and M365, plus basic networking and IAM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 3rd line infrastructure support across Windows Server, AD and M365.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 3rd line support across infrastructure, networking and end-user computing environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain server, cloud, virtualisation and Microsoft-based infrastructure.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, migrations, technical documentation and service improvements.
