Job summary

Station is seeking an experienced 3rd Line IT Engineer to join its internal technology team in a hybrid role based in London. You will own complex escalations and work directly with users and senior stakeholders to keep the IT environment running smoothly.

This hands-on position requires strong technical ability and excellent communication, with responsibility for AD/Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and networking across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven 3rd line support experience.
• Strong Active Directory and Entra ID knowledge.
• Experience with Intune and Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex 3rd line escalations, investigating issues through to resolution.
• Provide hands-on support across Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Administer and troubleshoot Intune, including device configuration, application deployment and endpoint policies.
• Support Windows Server and wider infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot networking issues across DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi and connectivity.
• Support laptops, desktops and other end-user technology throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide technical support to senior stakeholders and key users.
• Share knowledge and contribute to infrastructure projects and documentation.
