Job summary

Razorblue in the United Kingdom is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join our growing tech team. You will provide 1st line support across networks, cloud services, infrastructure and connectivity, troubleshoot faults, respond to client queries, and assist with user accounts.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, a base salary of £25,775 per annum, 25 days' holiday plus public holidays, and additional benefits including training, private health and more.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with AD, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic network concepts.
• Willingness for occasional onsite visits to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line technical support to clients including networks, cloud services, infrastructure and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical faults and issues.
• Respond to client queries and service requests.
• Assist with user accounts, passwords and rights.
• Handle basic security administration.
• Diagnose issues and explain technical details clearly.
• Occasional onsite visits to clients.
