Qualifications

• Experience in 1st Line IT Support or Service Desk roles, ideally in professional services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support across the business.
• Log, prioritise and resolve 1st line incidents within SLAs.
• Support Active Directory, access requests and device provisioning.
• Assist with IT upgrades, deployments and technology projects.
• Maintain accurate IT records and suggest service improvements.
• Report potential security incidents or risks.
