Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an IT Support professional for a predominantly onsite role in Reading with some hybrid work. The role involves hands-on support to end users across the EMEA region, handling incidents and requests, and contributing to IT projects.

You’ll work with Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, using ServiceNow and Microsoft 365. A proactive, learning-minded candidate with strong customer service is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or workplace technology.
• Experience supporting users in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional IT support onsite and remotely.
• Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow, Teams, and email.
• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Perform IMAC activities: onboarding, moves, decommissioning.
• Support office IT operations and meeting rooms.
