Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is recruiting for 111 Health Advisor/Health Advisor roles in Rotherham. You will be the patients' first point of contact, assessing symptoms and advising on the appropriate care, using specialist software and empathetic communication.

Training is provided, leading to a permanent contract upon completion. The role offers a competitive base salary from £25,760, rising to £27,476 after two years, with enhanced payments for unsocial hours.

Qualifications

• Experience handling 111/emergency calls with compassion and professionalism.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Willingness to work on a rota, including evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Act as patients' first point of contact and assess their symptoms.
• Provide help and reassurance and direct to appropriate care.
• Work across a 24/7 rota with unsocial hour enhancements.
