Responsibilities

• Manage a team of shift operators and ensure safety in operations.
• Develop team capabilities through training and mentoring.
• Collaborate with partners and develop control operating procedures.
• Respond to safety concerns and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Manage delivery of Control Room projects with high standards.

Skills

Authorized in Operations/Safety

Experience in control room environment

Knowledge of complex systems (SCADA, HV AC/DC)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to make decisions under pressure

Knowledge of HV & LV systems

Experience in managing on-call activities
