Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (AP) for a Stratford, East London site within an FM service provider. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, act as HV Authorised Person, and oversee HV operations in a commercial building.

The role offers up to £55,000 plus package, with overtime, training, and career progression opportunities. 08:00–17:00, some Saturdays paid as overtime, and a company pension scheme are included.

Qualifications

• HVAP experience or willingness to pursue HV work.
• Multi-skilled with electrical & mechanical maintenance capability.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FM environment and on site.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in a commercial building.
• Act as site HV Authorised Person and ensure safe HV operations.
• Manage HV network permits, switching, and safety documentation.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical safety and HV systems to site staff.
• Carry out M&E and fabric maintenance tasks and update logbooks.
• Escort specialist subcontractors and maintain health and safety practices.
