The Yorkaire Group is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician with a strong background in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment and systems. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigerant systems.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with customer's HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
3. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation, diagnose issues, and communicate findings to customers with recommended repairs.
4. Document all work performed and discuss details with customers.
5. Follow all safety regulations and standards during tasks.
6. Collaborate with the sheet metal department for sheet metal installations when necessary.
7. Bring prior HVAC industry experience.
8. Demonstrate attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
9. Hold relevant HVAC certifications or training.
10. Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience.
11. Maintain a valid driver's license.
12. This is a full-time position with occasional overtime opportunities.
