First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic business that is looking to recruit a HVAC Service Technician on a permanent basis due to growth, covering Bradford and the North of the UK.

Your role will be to deliver the highest standards of service efficiently to maintain customer plant and equipment as installed on site, covered by our maintenance and service contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose system problems and ensure customer satisfaction by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects.
2. Resolve routine problems based on prior experience.
3. Provide cost-effective service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
4. Represent and promote the company through excellent customer relations, troubleshooting, and fault resolution.
5. Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance of relevant plant and equipment.
6. Provide timely feedback to relevant departments and liaise with technical support teams.
7. Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of progress.
8. Use modern software, technology, hand-tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
9. Work flexible hours outside of core hours and be available for standby duties.
10. Maintain all service tools, test equipment, and protective clothing in good condition.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hold a UK Driving License and be eligible to work in the UK.
• NVQ/Engineering qualification and FGas certification are advantageous.
• Be flexible, professional, and communicate well with stakeholders and customers.
• Be proficient with multiple applications on a laptop.
• Be proactive, a team player, and willing to attend multiple sites during a shift.
• Availability for weekend rota and on-call support to colleagues to meet customer needs.
