Job summary

Oyster Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a leading climate solutions provider in the UK. You will diagnose technical issues, deliver clear solutions to customers and engineers, and support field-based technicians.

You will plan technician deployments, manage a high-volume UK workload, and collaborate with Hire, Sales and Operations teams to resolve problems and ensure accurate CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer support and service skills.
• Well-developed analytical skills for diagnosing technical problems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with temperature control systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate technicians to customer site visits for projects, installations, decommissioning and breakdowns.
• Proactively manage a high-volume workload across the UK.
• Provide technical support to technicians and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Hire, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Diagnose system problems during product installation and servicing.
• Ensure accurate information transfer via CRM and operational systems.
