Job summary

Thornhvac is seeking an Air Conditioning Service Manager to establish and lead a new service division around Maidstone. You will set up contracts, asset registers and proposals, then build and manage a team of A/C and service engineers after initial setup.

The role combines office and site visits, with UK travel as needed. You should have an air conditioning service background with a current F-Gas qualification, plus supervisory experience and strong IT/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Air Conditioning service background with current F-Gas qualification.
• Experience leading a small team of engineers.
• Comfortable with IT systems and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up service contracts and asset registers for sites.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotes for maintenance.
• Establish procedures, maintenance schedules and reporting tools.
• Set up supply chain for equipment and oversee stock levels.
• Provide technical support to customers and lead the service team.
