Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional AC Manager to establish a new Air Conditioning and Heat Pump division within a growing M&E contractor. You will lead the creation of a specialist capability, secure projects, and build client relationships in the AC/HVAC sector.

The role requires senior-level leadership, strong commercial acumen and a proven track record delivering installation, service and maintenance for HVAC systems across the South of England, including Hampshire and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the Air Conditioning or HVAC sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience delivering installation, refurbishment and maintenance projects.
• Experience leading engineers, supervisors or project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness including estimating and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and growing a specialist Air Conditioning division.
• Developing a client base within the M&E sector.
• Securing AC, HVAC and heat pump installation projects.
• Leading design, build and maintain service delivery.
• Managing a team of engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Building long-term client relationships and repeat business.
