Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience using scheduling software
• Good organisational and administrative abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience across multiple systems and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commute to Edenbridge office

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and clients
• Raise and schedule service and maintenance jobs
• Raise purchase orders and order parts after quotes
• Liaise with customers and site contacts about access
• Arrange engineers and subcontractors to attend works
• Update customer portals and internal systems
• Monitor jobs to ensure KPI targets are met
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships
