Logicool, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking an Operations Manager in Swadlincote to lead the day-to-day HVAC sales operations and drive efficiency.

You will oversee sales support, inventory, purchasing, logistics, customer service and office administration while monitoring KPIs and supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Distribution or Supply Chain Management.
• Team Management & Leadership Experience
• Experience within HVAC, building products, wholesale, merchant or distribution sectors.

Responsabilités

• Being highly organised, commercially focused, and proactive to lead the day-to-day sales operations of our HVAC business.
• Ensuring the efficient running of sales support functions, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, customer service, and office administration
• Support the sales function, monitoring KPIs, supporting business growth initiatives and producing commercial reports.
