Job summary

Logicool Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps Ltd in Swadlincote is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day sales operations for our HVAC business, ensuring efficient sales support, inventory control, purchasing, logistics and office administration. You will support the sales function, monitor KPIs, drive growth initiatives and produce commercial reports.

A strong background in operations within HVAC or related sectors is essential, with team leadership experience.

• Experience within HVAC, building products, wholesale, merchant or distribution sectors.

• Being highly organised, commercially focused, and proactive to lead the day-to-day sales operations of our HVAC business.
• Ensuring the efficient running of sales support functions, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, customer service, and office administration.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm
