Logicool, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HVAC sales operations in Swadlincote. You will ensure efficient sales support, inventory management, purchasing, logistics and office administration while driving KPIs and reporting for business growth.

Formación

• Experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Distribution or Supply Chain Management.
• Team leadership experience is essential.
• Experience in HVAC, building products, wholesale, merchant or distribution sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day sales operations of the HVAC business in a highly organised and commercially focused manner.
• Ensure efficient running of sales support, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, customer service and office administration.
• Monitor KPIs, support business growth initiatives and produce commercial reports.
