Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to service, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in mobile medical units. The role covers the South within a 4-hour radius of Southampton, with potential nationwide work and overnight stays.

Qualifications

• F-Gas certificate required
• NVQ level 2 in Refrigeration and AC or HVAC required
• Willing to commute nationwide

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with extensive overtime (1.5x) and Sundays 2x
• On-call rota (1 in 4, £200 per week, 1.5x call-out)
• Field-based mainly in the South with possible nationwide travel
