Job summary

CCPHVAC Ltd in London seeks an HVAC Project Manager to oversee projects from initial drawings to completion. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and site teams, manage budgets and stay on schedule while maintaining client relationships across London and surrounding areas.

The role involves site-based work with some office time, handling projects up to £1 million and delivering them safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong budgeting and cost control awareness.
• Ability to coordinate engineers and subcontractors across sites.
