Job summary

Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a full-time, permanent role covering London and the South East. The position requires attendance at an office in Dartford when needed and involves managing HVAC installation projects from inception to completion.

Candidates should have a strong HVAC technical background, hold a Level 3 HVAC qualification (HNC preferred), and have led projects up to £1 million.

Qualifications

Job description

Position: HVAC Project Manager

Location: Covering London, but must be able to attend an office in Dartford when required

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £60,000 to £70,000 subject to experience level and qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a full time, permanent position.

This HVAC Project Manager will be dealing with HVAC Installation Projects through out London and the South East. This Projects will all be in relation to heating and ventilation, this includes air conditioning.

This person needs to have managed HVAC Projects with a value of up to £1 Million

We require this person to have a strong technical knowledge of HVAC, with a HVAC Qualification. It is preferable that this person has a HNC with includes HVAC, however we would look at a HVAC level 3

Requirements

• Strong technical background in HVAC
• At least 5 years experienceas a HVAC Project Manager
• Happy to attend the Dartford office a couple of days a week
• Very client focused
• Worked on Projects with a value of £1 million
• Minimum of a Level 3 in HVAC but would prefer aHNC
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Ability to create technical quotations
