Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated HVAC Project Manager to join a well-established commercial HVAC contractor operating for over 30 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HVAC Project Manager to join a growing team specialising in the design and installation of air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump systems across a variety of commercial settings in and around the M25 and Home Counties.

Responsibilities

• Survey and manage projects valued between £10K and £600K, overseeing the full project lifecycle including design, equipment selection, client communication and coordination with engineers and fitters.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards and budget adherence throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience within the HVAC industry, preferably from a contracting background.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems from leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Panasonic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for producing and updating project documentation.
• Based within an hour’s drive of Colchester.
• Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
