Job summary

Munters Corporation in Holborn is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead large, multi-phase projects from design through site delivery. You will manage day-to-day activities, client interactions, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with specifications and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC for mission-critical environments

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact during design, manufacture and site delivery of large projects.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and client communications.
• Develop and implement project plans aligned with requirements.
• Prepare and maintain PM records and documentation.
• Coordinate with design team on technical submittals.
• Track milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and contract terms.
• Lead on-site technical teams and safety documentation.
• Coordinate post-production documentation (as-builts, manuals, spare parts).
• Facilitate stakeholder liaison among internal teams and external partners.
• Organise factory testing for client tests.
• Manage change orders and variations.
• Oversee QA/QC on site and prevent quality issues.
• Attend client meetings (in-person/remote).
• Provide regular progress and commercial reports to senior management.
• Travel to sites as required.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalates when needed.
• Support finance on commercial matters.
• Communicate project updates to management.
