Supporting over 130 employees and generating a turnover exceeding £20M, they offer installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning, chillers, AHUs, ventilation, and commercial heating.

The successful candidate will manage a P&L of approximately £1.3M, overseeing service and maintenance contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a team of mobile engineers to maintain service quality and productivity. The role involves client relationship management, contract extensions, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal candidates will be stable, committed, driven, and commercially astute, with proven HVAC technical expertise, management and leadership skills, and experience in P&L control.
