Their services include installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC equipment such as air conditioning, chillers, AHUs, ventilation, and commercial heating.

The successful candidate will manage a P&L of approximately £1.3M, overseeing service and maintenance operations, ensuring client satisfaction, managing a team of mobile engineers, and maintaining client relationships for contract extensions and remedial works. They will also monitor financial performance and control costs.
Ideal candidates are stable, committed, driven, and commercially astute with proven experience in HVAC technical mastery, management, leadership, client relationships, and P&L control.
