Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer for a West London site near Hammersmith. The role involves M&E planned and reactive maintenance across commercial facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities include maintaining HVAC systems, fault finding, and supporting on-site engineers. The position offers a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) with 08:00-17:00 hours and a salary up to £45,000 plus overtime.

Qualifications

• NVQ or HVAC qualifications required.
• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• F-Gas 2079 certification required.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Experience with VRVs, split units, chillers and AHUs.
• Nice to have exposure to wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostics/repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Finding and fixing faults.
• Planning placement of pipework, ducts and control panels.
• Installing HVAC components.
• Performing quality checks for safety and efficiency.
• Providing technical on-site support to engineers.

HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare – West London– up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Hammersmith, West London.The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
• Finding and fixing faults
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
• Installing HVAC components
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
• Providing technical support to engineers on site

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
• 08:00am – 17:00pm

Package

• Up to £45,000 per annum

Requirements :

• Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications
• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• F - Gas 2079
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS
• Not necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs.
