Streamline Services Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Manager to spearhead the launch of a new HVAC maintenance division within a well-established mechanical engineering firm in Greater London.

You will shape the division's strategy, recruit and lead engineering teams, set service delivery standards and safety practices, and implement systems to track visits, completions and equipment performance for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Division Development & Leadership

• Take ownership of establishing and developing the company's HVAC maintenance division.

• Work with senior management to define the division's strategy, objectives and growth plans.

• Develop operational procedures, maintenance standards and service delivery processes.

• Recruit, lead and develop a team of HVAC engineers and support staff as the division grows.

• Help shape the culture, structure and direction of the business, with the autonomy to make a real difference.

Operational Management

• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and remedial works across a portfolio of commercial HVAC systems.

• Manage engineer scheduling, resource allocation, workloads and service delivery.

• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

• Implement systems for tracking maintenance visits, job completion, outstanding remedials and equipment performance.
