Job summary

CBS Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Engineer for an ongoing contract across multiple sites in London. The role involves performing PPMs on cold water booster sets, heating and chilled water pumps, pressurisation units, and related piping components across sites in Tooting, Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth, and Carshalton.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in commercial buildings, with strong fault-finding skills in mechanical and air-conditioning systems, and a valid UK driving

Qualifications

• Experience with planned preventative maintenance in commercial buildings.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and air-conditioning faults.
• Knowledge of pumps and associated mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMS on cold water booster sets, heating and chilled water pumps, and expansion vessels.
• Inspect and maintain associated pipework valves, zone valves and strainers.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.

HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Southwest London

CBS Recruitment are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer for an on going contract across various sites in Tooting,Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth and Carshalton.

You will be carrying out PPMs on:

• Cold water booster sets
• Heating & Chilled water pumps
• Heating & Chilled water pressurisation units to include associated expansion vessels
• Associated pipework valves, zone valves, strainers

The ideal HVAC Maintenance Engineer will have:

• Proven experience working within commercial buildings, ideally within a building services or facilities maintenance environment
• Previous experience carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and air-conditioning systems
• Good knowledge of pumps and associated mechanical systems
• Basic electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Experience with filling out service reports
• Full UK driving licence
• A commercial gas cert is advantageous but not essential
