HVAC Engineer required in the Midlands area for our client, a leading HVAC company with 6 regional offices and over 20 years of expansion. They provide comprehensive turnkey solutions for installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC equipment. Their client base includes long-standing clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison, and more.

HVAC Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary up to £42,000 DOE
• Company Van - Optional Personal Use
• Profit share scheme after 12 months' service - Up to £3,600 tax-free
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for a 40-hour week, travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• On-call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed; travel paid door-to-door)

• 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years

HVAC Engineer Requirements
