Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is seeking a Construction Planner for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning to support delivery on the Hinkley Point C project. You will develop and maintain HVAC construction schedules in a major engineering environment, ensuring milestones are met and progress is accurately tracked.

Hybrid working is offered with four days onsite and one day remote. Candidates should have at least five years of planning experience in construction/engineering, and be proficient with

Qualifications

• At least five years' planning experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or major project environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and lookahead plans.
• Experience using Primavera P6 planning software.
• Experience working within site-based construction or engineering environments.
• Experience in maintenance planning, outage planning, shutdown planning or project controls activities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining detailed Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Level 5 construction schedules.
• Preparing and updating four-week lookahead plans aligned with programme milestones and delivery objectives.
• Integrating engineering, materials, access, resource, quality and commissioning requirements into construction schedules.
• Monitoring progress, tracking installed quantities and providing accurate, evidence-based schedule updates.
• Producing productivity, planned versus actual and progress performance reports to support informed decision-making.
